Michael J. Sandel is the Anne T. and Robert M. Bass Professor of Government at Harvard University. sandel的書我都覺得上課的效果會更好。這本書也沒有太多的新意，就隻是多知道瞭一些例子。
评分事例有餘，結論不足，旨在拋磚引玉，隨便看看就好。
评分作者是哈佛大學講公平正義的那位。道理很好，稍嫌瑣碎。居然提到北京的醫院號販子。筆記：我們要市場經濟，不要市場社會。
评分雖然是E文的，讀起來還是很順暢，他的書一直就覺得很流暢的，上本翻譯的讀得我惡心壞瞭。
评分雖然我對經濟學沒什麼研究，但我還是同意黃仁宇教授說的能先用法律和技術解決的問題就不要先扯到道德問題上。第一本正經的英文原版書，感覺還可以。
