评分觉得训练理念很契合，譬如每周至少五次跑，积累疲劳度后再做周末长跑等。因为对自己的起点不太自信，所以今年并没有严格遵照训练计划，没有任何tampo run, interval run，只是一直easy run，想着周围的那么多大大小小的坡与山，大约也能起到一点作用。想着年底到春天把convict conditioning过一遍，再回到Hanson Method。没想到今年结果惊人！居然PR了一个小时，也跑进了Boston Qualifying Time。
