手衝咖啡很有趣,可以通過親自動手、親自對比,對咖啡有更多瞭解。在傢做Espresso就算瞭,便宜、簡單的機器品質跟不上,好的機器太貴、復雜且自己技術跟不上,還是去好的咖啡店裏喝。

去完藍瓶子以後纔看瞭這本書,感覺錯過瞭一個億,既沒有喝直布羅陀,也沒有買filter,還沒有買single origin的豆子……買杯子算個啥啊!!
