個人感覺Cash cow（BCG Matrix）、Richness and Reach這兩個方麵分析的很好，非常經典。。。不足之處，感覺部分材料還是有些過時，尤其是在new economy的大環境下。capacity-based competition部分對Toyota的生産方式的分析感覺也不是很清晰。總之，還是一本關於戰略管理谘詢的好書。
