这是我最心存感激的一本书：在我心里状况最糟糕的时候，想到了它。这也是我听的第一本儿Audible，完全由作者自己朗读。他那独特的别别扭扭的声线带给了我很大的安慰：至少耳边有人一直在和我说话了。有次心情太差严重到睡不着，我直害怕是不是depressed了，也是伴着它睡着的。虽然不是很全面，一大堆的作者自己挑选的病患的例子感觉也不是很学术，但书中大量的practical的方法还是一定程度上helpful的。而且整本书很积极乐观，例子真实感人，我寻思着作为科普还是挺好的，打算给我妈买一本。
