書內容和大二學的intercultural communication內容一緻。個人最喜歡persuation以及leadership這兩個章節。

非常好的針對職場文化差異的討論和總結。很好的架構，用8個維度來解釋不同國傢的職場人在溝通閤作方麵的差異和矛盾：高語意溝通與低語意溝通，關係信任與任務信任，層級管理與民主管理，直接反饋與間接反饋，原則說服與應用說服，協商決定與高層決定，直接否定與避免衝突，守時與靈活。記住這些有利於在跨文化溝通的時候更自如，但是不要輕易嘗試作為外國人使用對方的文化，尤其是在直接批評與反饋方麵。
