The awareness of the culture difference.

作者從跨文化的商業閤作切入，談到不同文化在若乾個方麵的差異。我卻感覺這種文化差異性實際存在於每個人身上，不僅限於人種的區彆。最大的反思和收獲就是，開始思考：其實並沒有哪一種文化一定就是最好的，每種文化的形成都有其特定的背景。就像魚感覺不到水存在一樣，我們常常主觀的以自己的文化視角看待彆人。謙卑和寬廣的胸懷是解決這個問題的關鍵。當你意識到你有疾病的時候，你的病已經好瞭一半瞭。
