评分作者通过十个诊疗故事，从中告诉大家一些心理学的治疗手段，更多的，大概是告诉一般读者，生活的意义，如何自我调节，以及如何更好的自我认知。
评分有点失望。可能是我太年轻了 不能明白为什么如今在Yalom的眼里 所有的问题都归结于对死亡的不正确认识呢？
评分案例故事集。看的时候经常觉得这么明显的问题，来寻求帮助的人居然自己都看不清楚。不过当事者迷，谁又不是这样呢。
