關於古羅馬沒有什麼是Mary Beard不知道的！

5-0.5 很勉強，4.5更閤適。名氣是這本書最大的拖纍，必然失望。可能是最近讀到的最不好看的史政類原文。第一本mary beard，感覺文筆不夠好，努力往下夠以至上下夠不著。誠然好書，卻不知道寫給誰的，顯然不適閤羅馬史第一本，知道一點的又要嫌段子多。觀點是有的，而且很有啓發性，隻是密度低，改薄兩百頁可能會好看很多。強烈推薦mary beard BBC羅馬前後兩套共七集，寓教於樂，精巧炫酷。再次印證偏見，一般特能說的，寫的就不要太抱希望。
