Though Rouse's plain translating style makes this pocketbook suitable to read roughly, still some errors exist. Taking The Republic to say, "suppose we should imagine we see a city in the making"(Rouse, 2008), partly deviates from Plato, comparing to"If we should watch a city coming into being in speech"(Bloom,1991), not to mention others.

评分最后的Phaedo因为听了罗素的audiobook就跳着看了……跟全集不是一个翻译 注释和评论似乎也少 但估计之后也不会太看柏拉图了吧????
