TK的書裏最傢常的一本瞭吧- -原料什麼的都不能更傢常瞭，也基本沒什麼冷門專業的原材料，比起彆的那幾本，這本算可操作性最高的，不過隻有量杯量勺作單位還是真挺討厭的 特彆烘焙part實在是。。。。這人食譜似乎一直在變化，連pate brisee配方三本書都略有不同。最大的缺點就是這書未免也太重瞭啊啊啊啊搬傢怎麼辦啊啊啊啊
