有聲書共七個半小時，四十章，基本一人一章的節奏，從蘇格拉底講到彼得·辛格，可能都算不上蜻蜓點水，但至少可以有個大緻的脈絡（不過是很西方的脈絡）。

絕對相見恨晚！很難想象有比這個更好的哲學（史）基礎入門作品瞭。一共40章，每章不過6-7頁，直接總結一個（或者好幾個）哲學傢的核心思想，語言極為清晰易懂，理解的也給人感覺十分到位，而且都舉瞭非常貼切和生動的相關例子。小遺憾（或個人主觀看法：應該有一章講海德格爾，一章講Berlin

沃伯頓真是語言錶達的大師，不求兼顧曆史上所有重要的思想流派和觀點，但求圍繞一些哲學基本問題給齣各種重要的迴答。傳記性的篇幅被控製得很少，僅僅包含瞭與哲學傢思想相關的部分，乾貨滿滿。在對哲學思想的解釋上，聯係瞭日常生活中常見的疑惑，並且以淺白的語詞、精妙的比喻來幫助非專業的讀者理解。真是好書啊。
