First published in 1946, History of Western Philosophy went on to become the best-selling philosophy book of the twentieth century. 听了十几章才开始看书。听的时候各种跪（蜀黍声音超好听！），读的时候因为可以停下来欣赏&学习语言了（而不像听是单纯汲取信息）所以直接长跪不想起…… 男神怎么能这么神…
评分读了几个星期，序章也没有突破，果断放弃了。等十年后再入门吧。

评分读之前以为这书是大学哲学导论必读书目那样的西方哲学史，结果它是袁腾飞说历史那样的西方哲学史。pre-Socratics部分真的不错，文笔优美，逻辑性强。但从柏拉图开始，罗素放飞自我，想哪儿写哪儿，还总是乱入自己的观点。行文像是急着给编辑交稿那样，结构混乱没逻辑。失望。深深地失望。感觉还是《苏菲的世界》写的更好。
