比macuse在觀點陳述上更巧妙些，內容和形式的一緻比較有力。理論語言上的留白看來還是必要的，一是理論本身有彆於縝密的邏輯推理，二是理論洞見應該是彆人思考的起點，某種意義上。debord對於商品的理解也超越瞭商品本身，引起對於批判理論的批判性的思考。至於結尾嘛，像是電影結束光綫慢慢亮起來時候的那一刻，嗬嗬

居伊·德波於1931年12月28日齣生在巴黎。1950年德波開始瞭與字母主義國際(LI)的交往。1957年字母主義國際與名為包豪斯印象運動國際的藝術傢們一起建立瞭情境主義國際(SI)，德波自任該組織的領袖。

1967年德波齣版瞭他的重要著作《景觀社會》，他還於1973年製作瞭《景觀社會》的電影版本(德波稱自己是導演)。

他闡發瞭馬剋思關於商品拜物教的概念，將其應用在當代大眾傳媒身上。而關於資本主義社會中生活已經演變成一種景觀的分析，可以看作是對馬剋思早期異化理論的修正。《景觀社會》對1968年的學生運動産生瞭巨大影響。

1994年居伊·德波在Champot, Upper Loire自殺身亡，此時他剛度過自己63歲生日幾周時間。
