呃… 其实我没看懂……

this may be the first classic i 've read in Eng...and it's unexpectedly good actually.not boring or obscure at all.how can one not love Daisy Miller?no wonder she's the most well-known character of Henry James's creatures.overinterpreted or not, this book is enchanting in its concise and elegant style,its contraditory in living.

Henry James的长句子什么的最好玩了，又想起Portrait of a Lady只看了一半，放了两年了。改天拿来读完吧。我还想读读他后期的Wings of the Dove，听说挺晦涩的。
