圖都很誘人,不過好多原料寫的是日語啊,什麼mirin, ricotta,miso sauce之類的……還得現查……
评分最近在上日本料理課,在倫敦開日本料理店的師傅很是推薦,買迴來看看,還蠻不錯的一本。沒有太復雜華麗的料理,說實話比課上上的簡單多瞭,非常溫馨。
