ERIC KAPLAN is a co-executive producer of (and writer for) the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory . Previously he wrote for the Late Show with David Letterman , Futurama (for which he won an Emmy Award), and Flight of the Conchords . Kaplan graduated from Harvard and is currently completing his PhD dissertation in philosophy at UC Berkeley.

如果不是因为作者是big bang theory的编剧,我想不出可以读这本书的理由~内容东拼西凑,翻译也不是太吸引人~~有点点小失落~~

实际这本书应该翻译成《圣诞老人真的存在吗》,但是为了营销翻译了现在的书名。作者虽然是生活大爆炸的编辑,但也只是之一,书写的比较混乱,不知翻译问题还是原文实际就这样,很多道理绕来绕去没讲明白,或者简单的讲复杂了。最后两章作者推荐阿里哲学派,让整本书看起来像是...

本书围绕着does Santa really exist这个主线来展开讲一些基本的哲学概念 很有趣的思维爆炸 当然有些地方也比较啰嗦 和santa的衔接和略显生硬 4星!!

前面三章挺好 后面Ari那看得脑壳疼

如果“有趣”的定义只是插科打诨,那么这当然是一本“有趣”的书。然而对我来说这书里的嬉皮笑脸,牵强附会的比喻多到了影响心情的程度。千万不要以为这是什么哲学或者逻辑学入门读物,在我看来这只是作者为自己的喜剧事业背书而已。
