开始以为他会写到any charitable act is an act of feeling good之类的结果就是简单的rationality is superior to empathy这种argument 举的例子和观点(e.g.,你不需要去感受溺水小孩的痛苦而救他; 不能同时对多人共情)也很有问题失望

作者重要的观点无非就是两点，第一，共情很biased，第二，共情并不会leads to any good like compassion or kindness，有些情况下，甚至是有害的。而且不共情和反社会也没什么关系。批判的路子选得还是可以，但总觉得观点在前四个单元已经论证得差不多了，后面有些画蛇添足。

Some good points, but many argument made just for the sake of making arguments. The most interesting part comes for how dehumanization works (you need to humanize before dehumanize). And yes I need to read more philosophy.
