迈克·辛格
于1971年在佛罗里达大学获得经济学硕士学位。在博士就读期间,他的内心深处开始觉醒,于是隐居潜心钻研瑜伽和冥想。1975年,他创建了“宇宙之庙”,今天已是久负盛名的瑜伽和冥想中心,持任何宗教和信仰的人都可以在这里一起感受内心的宁静。经过多年的努力,辛格已经在商业、艺术、教育、健康和环保等诸多领域取得了重大成就。之前他还著有两本关于东西方哲学融合的书籍:《寻找真相》和《宇宙的法则:因果,意志和爱》。

有一些很好的概念,就是执行起来非常,非常困难。还有整本书的气质都太“佛系”了,看得想睡觉。
评分前面都很好,很多道理确实能帮助解决心中烦扰;但到了最后一章就不对劲了,最后一章快成传教的了。

评分the only happiness in this world is never money,fame,work or anything. it is mental grouth. since when your spit are in good condition you see everything as a gift for you to be in this world. this book somehow explained the whole theory of mental free. the only lost star goes to the back and forth of same sentences.
评分边开车边在Audible听的,听了两遍,比The surrender experiment 更打动我,因为里面太多关于灵修的东西都是我日常遇到的或者困惑的。感觉全书没有一句废话,全是有用的高级的觉知和道理。超喜欢,又买了本纸质版,到时候再读一遍。
