評分书里要求跑多少分钟休息多少分钟,如果光去看计时器会很麻烦,现在可以下载一些番茄闹钟,设置里面的时间刚好可以到了时间就会响铃或者震动,就不用去盯着看了,挺好的,如果每次跑步的时间不同,就可以多下载几个闹钟,跑之前设置好,到时候切换一下就行,希望大家都能坚持。
