我急需讀一下這本，期待能把我從某種anxiety裏解脫齣來。從開始到結束拖的太久瞭。書講的有道理，但是可操作性一般，理論瞭解一下挺好，尤其是頭幾章是觀念性改變，第七章提到瞭一些實際授課中會遇到的問題。可惜答案也是不確定的，也就是有一些原則建議，但是沒有實際可操作的指導。瞭解學習一下也好。

呀，感覺這本書的作者好會扯呀...就是一段話可以扯齣十幾頁的論述，也很厲害吧...
