阿倫• 瓦茲(1915—1973)，美國神學博士，禪宗信徒，對印度與中國的哲學宗教有精深的瞭解。他的思想受到鈴木大拙的影響，同時又不局限於東西方宗教和哲學的某一領域，這也讓瓦茲贏得瞭“二十世紀最具原創性、最‘離經叛道’哲學傢之一”的頭銜。

There are some mind expanding ideas though some other parts don’t gel with me that well, some parts are like I’ve read before. For me, it’s both accessible and complex, and is NOT a self-help book but a read for soaking myself in a journey or sth, that’s it.

评分想給個三星半……對insecurity的原因做齣瞭很不錯的剖析，但在solution上並不是非常有說服力或者說實用……整個行文風格比較像牧師的禮拜演說，有點偏囉嗦
