幾年前收到這本書的時候看兩頁就放下瞭，沒什麼感覺，最近又翻開看會有一種恍然大悟的感覺，看來這幾年班還是沒白上啊……所以HR到底要在企業裏成為一個怎樣的角色呢？想到大學裏麵試實習時對當時的hrd說，覺得hr是一個全能的職業，對各方麵能力要求都很高，好像從某種角度來說自己說得也是很對瞭。
