I have retained every bit and piece and tried everything in the book; I had never been a bon vivant; my passion has always been of the mind&work; I was not endowed with an exquisite or sophisticated palate. I have seen the real deal so hands down; learned a great deal about how to construct a dish and techniques/processes;eager to take it up higher
