评分為瞭從各個角度解釋核心觀點和應用，內容不乏重復的部分。但是為瞭核心觀點已經絕對值得一讀。過去二十年的許多基於科學的積極心理學理論，都需要嚮Dr. Seligman緻敬。如果有幸，希望可以聽到他講課。雖是"Self help", 術是基於道的。
