E. H. Gombrich's Little History of the World, though written in 1935, has become one of the treasures of historical writing since its first publication in English in 2005. 好看。内容当然不是很深刻很全面，但作者的叙述方式和对待历史的态度，实在很值得看。有几处写communism的地方，好奇中文本怎么处理的。

评分鉴于年代，可谓超级正确了，无论政治上还是学术上。如果不是硬要有个“超过”的感觉，应该谁都不忍心说还有西方中心主义残留吧。
