當自己很難受的時候便在本書中找尋答案。看瞭第一個案例就覺得心被很溫柔地撫摸瞭。很淺顯易懂。
评分讀過中文版的,不知道有沒有刪節,寫的不錯。覺得美國的心理學書籍,比國內的好太多瞭,不但講道理,還告訴你一步一步如何做。
