Basecamp和阿裏比，簡直就是天平的兩個極端。我隻能說，對中國來說，無疑是阿裏更適閤中國國情，因為，人性需要被管理，不能被充分信任。btw, 好想聽聽 basecamp的員工是什麼體感。如真如CEO所說這般，那麼這麼好的公司，那在職場上，真的是人類自由之光瞭。
评分本書對我進入大公司10個月裏經曆的大部分BS + disturbing events有很好的總結。最近因為FB華人工程師跳樓的事情，各種論壇中多瞭關於職場壓力霸淩的討論，這本書對轉換心態挺有幫助的。當然作者在其中一節也提到，並沒有絕對的best practice，公司體量，發展階段，文化的不同，好的製度工作策略也對應會有很大的差異。

评分深受啓發，不僅有雞湯，還有經過實踐總結得齣的方式方法。 邊度邊反思自己處理工作的方式方法。確實，一切關乎效率、質量及幸福感，而非愚忠。畢竟你和雇主是契約關係，而非主僕關係。讓專業的人做專業的事，包括製定時間和期限。隻要閤理安排及規劃，沒有必要犧牲自己的個人時間去做低效率的産齣。
