评分我认为对准备马拉松来说,训练方法上有这本书,精神准备上有村上的<<当我谈跑步时我谈些什么>>,便都不需要再看其他的跑步书了。读过这本书以后,我甚至不再订阅<<runner's world>>了
评分翻了目录和前面几章,感觉大部分基础知识就是运动生理学的而且写的简单,看中文书,关于关注的跑姿写的并不多,面很全,但各个板块都不深入,力量部分和营养部分也都简单,只告诉你要跑多少却没讲怎么跑,幸亏没买
评分阿妹和汉僧,以及丹尼尔的计划比起来,对首马更适合一点。介绍了很多关于跑步的基础知识,阿妹55和70都跟过,效果不错。
