相比国内的其它法律英语教材，本书无比优越！短短3百多页，就可以让我们对美国法律有个大概的了解。而且作者语言地道，引用案例丰富，处处引人思考！ 不足的是，翻译的单词不准确，翻译也很生硬！给出注释单词的英文解释更好！
