谦逊低调的自传,里面有不少他转变成素食者的经历,还有一些菜谱。
评分跑马前开始看,看到跑马后。后期再看更觉有共鸣。作者vegan几十年,创造了许多超马记录,实在敬佩!一年前我怎么也不会想到自己会跑马,就像现在打死我也不会想要跑超马 ;P
