工具书，对我来说最有用的就是conversation suggestion lists

一般。作者的用词感觉好奇怪，太喜欢用生僻字。

这本书和蔡康永的说话之道一样，内容算是稀薄，但如果能真的embrace其中理念、转变聊天的思路，那这些文字也算是功德无量。

作者曾是不善言谈的工科女，前半段写完了我遇到的所有挣扎，甚至比我的更甚。所有的指导都充满了操作性。让人相信这不是personality的问题，而是可以通过practice 获得的skill。锻炼中。

内容稀薄，所有这些东西，说的几乎是同样的道理，要自己有勇气跨出一步，再一步，要知道世界上不止你一个人在为此事挣扎
