Tips 都挺尷尬的，問題其實在於對大多數人並沒有 genuine interest。所以得先 fake 一下，以 small talk 作為過渡，說不定就能發現真正的 genuine interest，順利進入 real conversation。
评分前nerd現身說法——我是怎樣變成擅長small talk的。但仔細讀其實會發現直到現在，作者的言語中還是有種微妙的生硬，但是Fake it for a while till it becomes second nature嘛，這話說的還是不錯的。
评分這種書也隻有美國人會寫，真有人按照書裏寫的找我聊天兒的話，彆說，還真挺煩人。
