John P. Kotter的书其实都有年头了，不过书的内容由于都是关于领导力、变革之类的内容，所以不会轻易过时，本书也用了很多案例，但是不知道是不是因为保密的关系，案例的所属公司都没有具体说明，这样会让读者看起来的时候稍显空洞一些，如果能给出具体的公司名称，那就完美了。
