對於企業的改變，應當自上而下。在上要需要有一個小團體一厘清願景、規劃好策略，並需要設定階段性的目標；對下麵要反復的溝通、督促到位，特彆是要注意這改變的急迫性；而同時要給下麵人做改變掃清障礙，提供資源支持，授權賦能讓下麵的人去著意改變；而最後文化的改變，也就在前麵那些工作做好之後水到渠成瞭。
