这本书是经典。我看的是台版翻译的 不知道是翻译问题还是什么问题 第54页 胸小肌的附着处明明是止于喙突 图片却显示是在上臂处 这样明显的错误都能发生 这不是误导人嘛

有些地方翻译出错，校对太粗心，扣去一星。 瑕不掩瑜，是很好的入门书！

目前读过最好的一本肌动学的书，文字很清晰，图片示意也做得很好，很适合初学读的一本建立基本概念的好书！

从解剖的角度了解肌肉、韧带的起始点，结合关节结构了解其作用。对改善不良体态，进行肌肉训练很有帮助
