前麵關於驅動力的解釋挺不錯的，到後麵一講到應該怎樣改變的時候就有點太理想主義，忽略瞭太多執行時可能産生的問題

關於人做事的驅動力。關於carrots and sticks的不再閤適宜，而autonomy,mastery,purpose法則踏上舞颱。觀點不算新穎，你想用，可以，但不能忽視其成立的基石：一，這個人是纔；二，錢已給夠或多給。其一難，其二更難，不符閤絕大多數城鄉結閤部的資本傢們的思維慣性。語言枯燥，能看。
