学习项目管理人员，称之为“圣经”。 一是因为太过于枯燥，全篇没有生动的示例，是一本工具书，看起来很枯燥，但是当你学习后，慢慢在工作中应用这些书中所讲的方法后，就会慢慢爱上他~ 二是因为他讲的很全面，很有参考意义~ 虽然我也没有读过圣经，也不是很理解这么形容的意义...

鉴于催眠效果名不虚传，想集中精力把它一章一章地读下来，没有一定的定力的人，是做不到的，或者效果很糟糕。 退而求其次，可以想办法得到PDF版，找个TTS语音库读给你听，眼睛和耳朵一起上（当然脑袋不能缺席）效果会好一点。 落实到具体行业，确实需要结合行业和组织的实际...

后天就考了，这几天看的晕头转向。钻到里面看ITO.发现真是一部伟大的流程书啊。 流程书的优点是严谨、一丝不苟，缺点是太太太枯燥了，绕来绕去。 要很好的理解，还是先看那本《成功的项目管理》来的明白。 快看的眼睛冒烟了！盼望PMI这次别处那么阴险考那些...

很系统的介绍了项目管理知识体系，内容有层次，涵盖了项目管理体系的方方面面，缺少深入的介绍、案例分析，适合知识点梳理，但需结合实践经验或案例分析去反复琢磨。辛西娅有一本配套的项目管理实战工具可以补充参考（书中多是表格模板）
