fasting,定期禁食一下下;运动,特别是 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT),和 diet 甚至 fasting 结合;时不时让自己受冻一下,也是不是让自己热一下(比如蒸桑拿)。总之就是时不时让自己有点危机感,多激活一下体内在远古时代还是单细胞的时候就进化出来的遗传信息自检、查错和修复机制。

空话连篇……就一个建议可行:少吃点东西。另外推荐了三样东西:白藜芦醇,二甲双胍,烟酰胺单核苷酸。除了二甲双胍,另外两种的吸收和利用率都很成问题。整本书还不如他参加Joe Rogan的那期采访的干货多。其实真的内容写篇博文三四页纸就够了,这非死乞白赖凑出本书来。
