well, a bit boring to read compared with "Complications", repeated emphasis on how useful a well-crafted checklist can be in construction, medical and other industries, not many practical tips for real life....

I did not finish. The first two chapters made a strong argument of how checklists can be helpful for seemingly complex tasks. The categorization of tasks into complex and complicated is also interesting. However, it then draws on long examples with no appealing links to me and I failed to follow.
